Tata Nano, the people's car, will be available in diesel variant as well. Tata Nano is a low-cost city car which is truely fuel effecient which is eco-friendly. The base Nano has black bumpers while the top model LX get standard fogs lamps. The Nano has a short wheelbase which is 2230mm. The roofline is tall, the doors are big and the glass area is pretty large.The Nano is a small car with plastic body, 3.10 meters long and approved for four people. It ‘s a project for the Indian market, but given its features may also be successful on the European market if adapted to safety regulations and the final cost would still be very competitive.
